Device compatibility
Our kopitoto app runs on Android 7.0 (released 2016) and later. This covers most phones still in use today. Common installation issues
On Android, the most common issue is that "Unknown sources" is disabled. Go to Settings → Security → tap the toggle for "Install from unknown sources" or "Allow installation from this source", then try the APK again. Your phone may also block the download if your antivirus software flags it as unrecognized—this is normal for unofficial APKs. Allow the download in your antivirus settings, then retry. On iOS, you must use Safari to add the kopitoto web app to your home screen; Chrome's "Add to home screen" feature does not work the same way. If the shortcut doesn't launch properly, delete it from your home screen and re-add it through Safari's share menu.
Data, permissions, and account security
The kopitoto app requests permission to send push notifications so you get alerts when your withdrawal is processed or a live match is starting.
